Edge Allen is an independent Search and Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Legal and Financial positions within the Legal and Accountancy professions. Our office is based in Northampton from which we provide a national and international recruitment service.

We were established in August 1997 as Edgbaston Associates and the business was incorporated in November 2001.

Our service is personal, thoroughly professional, with complete confidentiality assured at all times.

We take pride in working very closely with our candidates and clients alike, operating to the highest standards. We focus on recruiting for private practice firms only and our clients include prestigious legal and accountancy firms of all sizes in the UK and internationally.
