Edge Allen was originally established in 1997 as Edgbaston Tax Recruitment. In 1999 it expanded to include recruitment of all types of fee earners (i.e. not just tax specialists) for the accountancy and legal professions. With effect from 2010 the company has returned to its ‘roots’ by focusing once again on tax recruitment. Our office is based in Northampton from where we provide a national and international tax recruitment service.

Our service is personal, thoroughly professional, with complete confidentiality assured at all times. We take pride in working very closely with our candidates and clients alike, operating to the highest standards.

Candidates - We are always pleased to advise you on career planning, salary levels and interview technique. And, we will only send your CV to a client if you have authorised us to do so. We will use our knowledge of your profession (based on many years of practical experience) to your advantage. Our aim is to find the right job for you.

We will agree our fees with you in advance and there are no hidden charges.
